Hair care is very important to ensure the hair is clean, healthy and attractive. Healthy hair looks smooth, soft, bouncy and silky. No dandruff and hair damage.

How frequent the hair to be washed is depend on the environment and activities we involved. Washing hair can be done every day or every alternate day. There is no hard and fast rules on this matter, it’s all depending on once preference. Shampoo will help to remove the dirt, excessive oil and harmful material that stuck on the hair.

After washing the hair, it is very important to apply conditioner. The purpose of applying conditioner is to replenish moisture and also give strength to the hair and make the hair fiber returns to the original condition. Good conditioner should contain vitamin, protein and moisturizer. The source of protein may come from egg and milk, ect. Protein will help rebuilding the hair, repairing the hair damage and stimulating hair growth.

Organic oil such as olive oil, camellia oil, ginseng extract and lanolin are a few example of oil added in conditioner that will help to moisturize the hair and give strength to the hair shaft. Rosemary, lavender and peppermint in the hair conditioner are good for stimulating healthy hair growth. Correct selection of shampoo and conditioner is important to make sure the hair looks healthy and beautiful. Food that rich of vitamin, protein and mineral should be taken to ensure the hair get all the nutrients needed.
